What support can my child receive?

Get the support your child needs

A child diagnosed with ASD is entitled to certain services covered by Health Insurance, in network, out of network and private pay. The child may also be eligible for services by the DOE.

What is "Autism" in 2024?

“Autism” (ASD), encompasses a wide spectrum of challenges that may not always be immediately apparent. These can range from subtle social difficulties, sensory sensitivities, and communication differences to more pronounced developmental delays or behavioral patterns. It’s important to see autism as an inclusive term rather than stigmatizing. It merely serves as a tool for understanding and providing tailored support for individuals with diverse needs, ensuring they receive appropriate interventions and resources for their unique strengths and challenges.
